By accessing our site and courses at nextlane.click, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully—these terms cover user obligations, licensing, refunds, and disclaimers.
1. Accounts
RequiredYou must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity performed by anyone who gains access due to your failure to maintain security.
You agree not to share course access, not to bypass access controls, and not to create multiple accounts to abuse trials, promotions, or refunds.
2. Payments and Refunds
PolicyPrices, taxes, and any applicable fees are shown at checkout. By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected method of payment.
Refund window
We offer a 14-day refund for first-time purchases if less than 20% of the course is completed.
Refund eligibility may be reduced or denied if we detect abuse (e.g., excessive downloads, credential sharing, chargeback misuse, or repeated refund requests).
Refunds (when approved) are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank and payment provider.
Chargebacks used in place of contacting support may result in immediate suspension of access while we investigate.
3. Intellectual Property
LicenseAll course materials—including videos, PDFs, templates, designs, images, text, and branding—are owned by NextLane Jewelry Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial learning.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, publish, or otherwise exploit any part of the content, except where explicitly permitted in writing.
4. Acceptable Use
ConductYou agree not to engage in conduct that is unlawful, harmful, disruptive, or abusive. This includes harassment of staff or community members and any attempt to impair our services.
- No scraping, automated extraction, or bulk downloading of course content.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or bypassing technical restrictions.
- No sharing accounts, access links, or protected materials.
- No submission of malicious code, spam, or deceptive content.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users.
5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific results, earnings, or business outcomes. Your results depend on many factors, including time, practice, and market conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextLane Jewelry Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
